Student External Residence (Lodging Houses and Dormitories)

The Office of Student Development Services (OSDS) assists students in locating lodging houses, especially freshmen coming from far places. The office maintains a directory of lodging houses which shows the following information: name of lodging houses, its distance or location, total capacity, occupants per room, number of rooms, CR, bath room and other facilities open for use by the student lodgers.

MSU-IIT Hostel and Dormitory

The Office of Residential and Food Services (ORFS) is responsible for the supervision of MSU-IIT’s residential units for graduate students and official guests. It handles matters pertaining to accommodations as well as monitors the functions of food service facilities in the campus such as canteens and refreshment stalls. It collaborates with other offices in the enforcement of policies and regulations to promote a clean, healthy and safe environment. It oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the campus residential units and food services facilities. It provides periodic report on performance of ORFS in line with the total mandate of MSU-IIT.
